The Poke by Sushi Shop Experience

All our products are carefully prepared to order, which can result in variable wait times depending on several factors: the time of day, the day of the week, the number of employees on site, the volume of ongoing orders, and the size of your order.  

When you call a store, our team will do their best to give you an estimated pickup time. When you order online, whether for pickup or delivery through our ordering platforms, the wait time is calculated automatically by a predetermined system. If the store notices that the estimated time cannot be met, they will contact you to propose a new pickup time.  

Many customers believe we are a fast‑food chain, but this perception does not reflect our reality. Our preparation is done every morning in-store, and all our products are freshly made to order and by hand. 

It is not necessary or required to order ahead at Poke by Sushi Shop. However, if you want your order at a specific time, for a particular event, or simply to avoid waiting in-store, we do recommend placing your order in advance. You can either call the store directly, use our online ordering platform, or place your order through our various delivery partners.

We are extremely sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at one of our locations. Our employees are trained to resolve such situations as soon as they occur. When sending us your feedback, please include as many details as possible, such as photos of your meal, your receipt, the date, the time, and the location you visited. This information greatly helps us with our follow‑up and allows us to respond more quickly. 

When you order online, whether through our ordering platform or via our delivery partners, all item prices are clearly displayed. To order online, simply choose the location closest to you. You will then see the services available (in‑store pickup or delivery), which you can select before placing your order.
